The Lord has been doing incredible signs and wonders through this outreach. Many souls continue to come to the Lord, homes restored and lives transformed. It is always a delight when the women share testimonies of miraculous turnarounds in their circumstances after applying into their daily lives principles learnt in the monthly meetings. The outreach therefore has enabled women to become vibrant engaged Christians; better fulfilled wives, mothers/sisters, productive employees and responsible active citizens.Dr Esther together with her husband pioneered the Redeemed Christian Church of God Eastern Africa since 1995 and she currently serves as the Pastor in-charge of RCCG Solution Centre Nairobi.

A generation of women of God who provide spiritual nourishment for themselves, their families and society as a whole, with high regard for the human race. Cutting across the board as an interdenominational, multi cultural, multi racial and multi ethnic organization, QEG endeavors to remain a welcome home for all women who will be empowered and who will in turn empower others through the Gospel of Christ

She is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Power in the Word, a non-profit organization dedicated to Christian soul winning and transformation of lives through mass media.
